This survey is for people who read ebooks. You don't need to be good at using an e-reader or be a frequent reader of ebooks; all perspectives are useful, as long as you are a person who buys or checks out ebooks sometimes.

Your responses will be anonymous and will be used in a study conducted by Beth Cronk, Litchfield, Dassel, and Grove City head librarian, for an online library science class at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She is looking at how ebooks are affecting usage of print books.  If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, you may contact her at (320)693-2483 or elizabethc@litchfield.lib.mn.us.  Results will be available upon request after May 13, 2012.

The survey will close on April 30, 2012.  Thank you for your participation.
